Fit Tips: Cardio baby to sleep

Don’t just hold the baby. Make it a workout. I’ve used this on my own kids. As the baby grows, the resistance increases for this low impact workout. Every bit of cardio counts. Get some toning in with squats. This was part of my workout and weight loss regimen with both of my kids. I lost 70 lbs. of pregnancy weight with my first baby in 6 months and 30 lbs. of baby weight with my second in 6 mos. I’ve helped hundreds of clients and friends lose their baby weight. Every mom bod is different.
