It’s day 3 of tonsillesctomy/adenoidectomy recovery. Lulu is a tough girl trooper. She is enjoying unlimited tv and frozen treats. She has time to ask me all sorts of important questions. “Mommy, what’s your superpower?”  Lulu is currently obsessed with superheroes. Lulu possesses acute hearing, advanced verbal skills, super snoring and super smell. Lulu can also puke on a dime. Sometimes mommy finds her super annoying and super cute. As I pass out on her pink and white polka dot bean bag at bedtime post books, I hear Lulu say,”Mommy, one of your super powers is falling asleep. You are the fastest at falling asleep.” So true. Here are some of my super powers-Acute hearing. Ice driving. The ability to remember choreography from 80’s videos. I am like IMDB search for actors. I swim like an old lady who doesn’t want to get her hair wet. I’m a pretty good cook. I can drink alot of wine. I’m glad Lulu thinks I’m super.
